盧卡斯，Lucas T. Lu，1986年出生於彰化，畢業於僑光技術學院應用英語系，學生時 代熱愛繪畫，書本裏沒有筆記重點，只有詼諧的心情塗鴉，在創作過程中得到無比的樂趣。

國外生活的經驗，豐富了人生價值觀，在墨西哥工作的日子，體驗到墨西哥人熱情奔放的性格，活在當下的快樂；在澳洲打工的時候，感受到自由自在的社會氛圍，能有效地掌控時間的自主權，選擇自己想做的事。

帶著新的人生觀回到台灣，想要活出自己最好的版本，在偶然機會下，為了想在房間掛上一幅畫，接觸到酒精墨水新媒材，立即被酒墨的暈染效果深深吸引，毅然決然地，重拾畫筆，自學酒精墨水創作，開啟藝術魂，一頭栽進酒精墨水的世界。

喜歡以不同技法堆疊創造出漸層暈染的畫面，給人華麗的視覺效 果。對他而言，創作是一種對自己內心的挖掘，透過酒精墨水創作可以拋開框架、肆意地揮灑，找尋內在的寧靜。經過無數次的實驗及練習，他找到了最屬於自己的酒墨畫風，宇宙系列就此誕生，對宇宙的未知，讓他能夠自由的創作、無拘束的揮灑，沈浸在無重力宇宙懷抱裏。

隨著創作的成長，自學了許多新技能，漸漸地融入多樣化的表現手法，在綜合應用之下，透過結合異媒材特性，展現出更加豐富成熟的作品內容。在創作的過程中，他沈澱，心中感受到了寧靜，讓直覺帶領他下筆，讓情緒幫助他上色，每一幅畫作的完成，就是一次心靈上的滿足。

Introduction

Lucas T. Lu was born in 1986 in Changhua Taiwan. During his school life, he enjoyed doodling in his textbooks, which has ignited his passion for art. The process of creating art gives him a sense of achievement. Although he graduated in Applied English, he sees himself first and foremost as an artist.

His working experience abroad has given him a new perspective to life. Living in Mexico for a while, enabled him to experience an optimistic and laid-back lifestyle. While in Australia, he learnt about freedom and independence. After getting to know different ways of life, he is determined to be himself and create his own path.

By chance, he encountered the domain of alcohol ink art while he was searching for some artworks to decorate his own room. He was deeply fascinated by the amazing effects of alcohol ink art and decided to teach himself the necessary skills. After hundreds of hours of trial and error, he eventually succeeded in creating his own unique way of painting.

One of his specialties is the use of different techniques to add on inks in order to create glamorous effects. For him, creating art is synonymous with exploring his mind. Through alcohol ink art, he can be creative and find calmness at the same time. After numerous experiments, the universe series was created. The unknown of the universe helps him to expand his imagination and creativity. Through his artwork, you can immerse yourself in the zero gravity universe.

Following the motto, “Never stop learning and growing” he integrated new mediums and techniques into his artwork in order to enrich its content. During the process of creating art, he lets his instincts guide him and his emotions influence the colors he uses. For him, the completion of each painting is a spiritual journey.


創作理念

記得小時候在山上露營，沒有光害的夜晚，一抬頭就是滿天星斗。數不盡的星星，點亮黑夜，在夜空的襯托下，加倍閃耀動人，好像觸手可及。望著一抹星海，遨遊其中，享受當下與外太空的連結，沉浸在這一刻的寧靜。拋開所有人事物，放鬆地與自己獨處，是記憶中最美的畫面。

"幸運的人用童年治癒一生" 是對作品最好的註解。藉由藝術創作，找到了自信和生命的目的，往內心深處挖掘，重新發現自我的獨特價值。為了傳達幼時的心中感動，以宇宙為主題，在神秘的黑色夜幕對比下，星光照亮了前方更清晰的道路。經由平面手繪的形式，結合美感原理，讓直覺帶領下筆，讓情緒幫助上色，每一幅畫作的完成，就是一次心靈上的滿足。

對於宇宙的未知，發揮天馬行空的想像力，拋開框架，肆意地揮灑。釋放內在小孩，體驗生命意義，找回童心未泯的自己，汲取靈感來源。捕捉這美好的瞬間，重回無憂無慮的純真童年。伴隨著心靈的成長，繪製出不同階段的人生體會，表現出更成熟豐富的內容，再次自在地暢遊在無邊際星空之中，沈浸在無重力宇宙懷抱裏。

Concept

Remembering camping in the mountains when I was a child, countless stars could be seen at night as there was no light pollution. The stars lit up the darkness and they looked brighter in the black sky, I would like to catch one if I could. Looking at the stars, I immersed myself in this quiet moment and enjoyed the connection with outer space. Forgetting everything and being alone under the starry sky was the most beautiful moment in my life.

“Lucky people have been healed by childhood all their lives.” is the best quote that best represents my artwork. Through art I found my confidence and my purpose in life. To express and share the unforgettable views of my memory, I choose the universe as my art theme because with the mysterious dark sky I can clearly see the future ahead of me by following the bright stars. My hand-painted art expresses my sense of beauty. My instinct leads me to create and my emotions influence the colors I use. For me, the completion of each painting is a spiritual satisfaction.

The unknown universe allows me to utilize my imagination and creativity because there is no limit. The inspiration comes when I release my inner child to experience the meaning of life and find the innocence in me. I can capture this beautiful moment and return to the worry-free childhood. As the soul grows, I can express my feelings from different phases of my life through my artwork. I can once again immerse myself in the starry sky and the zero gravity universe.
